Although rental terms are flexible, stretching from a few days up to a year, shorter rental terms are usually more expensive per a day.
Apartments come fully furnished, complete with appliances, cooking utensils, and bedding. Maid service one to three times a week is the norm, with a change of linens at least once a week. Utilities may or may not be included. Other services vary by the place, but may include breakfast, dry cleaning, chauffeur booking, flower service, etc. Typically, tenants will also have access to a range of onsite facilities (pool, gym, meeting rooms, etc.).
Classic Lane Houses & Normal Apartments
